Appearantly, they are making (or have made) a new Turtles movie. In 3D. Heres the link to the new teaser that just hit the web. Looks pretty decent, and a hell of a lot better then the new Transformers movie.

Finally, they've gotten the idea to have them act like Ninjas, rather than mutated freaks of nature carrying weapons to freak out the homeless and boogy down at the local disco. Looks to be interesting.

My guess is that it's a lighter version of the rotoscoping technqiue used in Scanner Darkly. Either that, or it's all CG.
