Oh well some of the best tracks are the colonial theme and putting the fleet back together.

The Colonial Theme remix sounded a bit cheesy to me, but just about all of the other tracks are great. Especially 'Prelude to War.'

BSG's music is far too integrated into the show to stand alone most of the time. So far the only tracks I'm really convinced work on their own are Martial Law, One Year Later, and Scar. Prelude to War spends too much in the buildup.

And I'm beginning to suspect that whatever was played when Galactica made her second jump in Scattered isn't on there...

LOVE the new CD.  Got it from Amazon a couple of weeks back now.  My favourites include Pegasus, Something Dark is Coming, Scar, Prelude to War, and One Year Later.  Gotta be great.

As for stuff thats missing...an interview with Bear suggested that there may quite possibly be a 2 disc special at Christmas time with two CD's full of stuff never released.

Of course. That way they can get people into buying the soundtrack twice. :rolleyes:
