Sorry to post this question, but I haven't been able to find a complete enough answer in my forum searches.

My problem is simple really.  When I run the game the opening cutscene starts to play, but there is no picture.  I hear the sound of the music start, and can press "Esc" to skip the cutsecen and start the game.  I would like to see the picture during cutscenes.  I assume this same problem will come up in later cutscenes but I have not played the game yet.

If you can help, please post or link me to a detailed solution so that hopefully I won't have to pester you with more questions.

I have a hunch that it might be a problem with codecs.

Unless you already have, get the XviD codec. Then try.
