Hi there, i need to know how to configure my pc/internet connection to accept tcp/udp pings, i have this following scan report:

monitor.dslreports.com scanning 82.45.110.185..
responds to an ICMP ping
does NOT respond to a TCP ping
does NOT respond to a UDP ping

Can any1 please tell me how to get my pc 2 respond 2 TCP/UDP ping?

If you're behind a router, forward the ports you need.  If you're behind a firewall set it to allow traffic on the ports you need.  If you're behind neither, or if you have them pre-configured it could be your ISP making those ports stealth that you're needing to use in order to be pinged.

Ping uses a part of the IP protocol that is port-independant. It's a header flag. Forwarding ports won't do anything.

Routers generally have an option to block pings, which is on by default. If the ISP is blocking pings, don't expect it to change.
