The music is ace, the cutscenes are just as good as they were the first time I saw them, and they were quite well combined - technically. Technically it was a solid piece of work, as far as I can tell.
However, even though the music is excellent in itself, I'm also of the opinion that it's perhaps too strongly bound to Halo universe to do justice to Freespace/2 cutscenes - and vice versa, the cutscenes don't do justice to the music. It's like trying to watch a video and to listen the music at the same time... somehow I didn't get a seamless audiovisual impression, if you get my meaning... it's hard to explain, but I automatically tuned for Halo universe feel in the beginning, and then it was replaced in the screen by Freespace universe, which is very much totally different, and it was, like I said, like trying to watch TV and listen to radio at the same time.
For these reasons, I didn't think the music choice for the video (or the video choice for the music!

) was the best you could've made.
Don't get me wrong. It's good, but the problem is that the movie doesn't do justice to excellent piece of music, and vice versa.
