Anti-cap sentry. Kinda like a self-aiming RBC, but its armed with a pair of heavy pulse guns on the front prongs, and multi-firepoint missile launchers in the grid sections. Not sure what the side car thingy does. Could be part of the targetting system or orientation control. It appears to have no anti-fighter capabilities, so you'd need additional sentry guns to protect it from them. The spikes make it look Shivan, but the rest of it doesn't. Could be FS1 Shivan, since there's no beams on it, and FS1 Shivan tech looked a bit more mechanical and blocky than FS2 Shivan, with some smaller degree of spikyness.
