Griffon, isn't Lemmings an old mac game??? I used to play that on my mac a LONG time ago.. could never get past that level with all the webbing everywhere..my lemmings kept falling off whenever I made a digger, and then had to make a builder make a bridge over the web, but never got it finished in time....aint fair

And gimmie a break half those games are ancient

lemmings are in every plateform I think, and are all absurdly hard after a dozen of levels
SCREW CANON!

Lemmings was originally for the Commodore Amiga, but then migrated to every platform in existence at the time because of the astronomical sales...  Strangely enough, the Amiga had the only true version, with its animated intro & intricate 2-player system...

It only ever *really* sold on systems with mice, because playing with joypads was insane...

Also, I pride myself on actually being one of the few (million) to complete entire game on the easiest difficulty

Lemmings 2 : The Tribes only appeared on the Amiga, the IBM PC & Compatibles (ahh...  memories), the ST & a few 16-bits...  It was however vastly superior to the original, and even had a pretty quirky plot (plus it also came with this cool novelisation of the game...)

after that the series just went tits up into obscurity...  IMO, it was think 3D Lemmings that killed it...
then DMA started work on Grand Theft Auto

Looks like you and me have a lot in common! I also love BZ2, although sometimes it's a little weird...

Cool, you also have this game? It is really fun to play and quite innovative IMHO, possibly even more so than its predecessor. The story is pretty lame at the beginning but surprisingly picks up near the end IMHO. I would have played it a lot more but it ran like utter crap on my old computer (I guess it does not like Voodoo3s), so I never gotten a chance to play a lot until recently. (on a new computer) The recently released "Forgotten Realms" mod is pretty nice too...

I hoped that MDK2 would be good... MDK was a blast, really funny. Then I lost the CD... A sad day indeed.

I guess I'll get it for Christmas, then

I hate it when that happens; I lost one or two of my older CDs in this manner.

Megarace

I just loved the tracks in this game back in 1993...

Lemmings

Yeah I also played this constantly on a really old Mac a long time ago. I eventually finished the game after months of frustration...

The Secret of Monkey Island

This game is simply hilarious, as its sequel...

And Curse was a laff too...

but Escape's jokes mostly misfired, and the plot was duff
