I never could rememer what the difference was between Great Britain and England...

Great Britain is England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales (jersey and Geurnsey as well, but that's complex)
England is just one (albeit the largest) of them.

England has people who think of the other countries as 'lesser', the other countries has people who think of us as the Soviet Union and themselves as the Ukraine, whereas Northern Ireland is the only country that even comes close to having any claim in that department, and even then, more in history than the present.

So in summary, the United Kingdom is a group of countries full of bigots who have no need to understand the other countries because they already have a handy set of stereotypes... Just like about every other 'group of Nations' really.

I think that about sums it up.

EDIT: I found it out. When I left to do some HW I left my computer on and "forever" login length set, and so what'd you know? My brother comes in and starts posting my stuff with my handle.
