I'm really ashamed of how hard I laughed when I saw it. One of my friends kept on saying "betch" until I finally asked her what the hell she was talking about and she showed me that god damn video.

I thought about posting the "Weapon of Choice" music video, featuring Christopher Walken busting out insane dance moves, but that's not really random-- it's just the coolest thing ever.

Four minutes and sixteen seconds into this video, is the nuke being detonated above ground level?  Or is it some sort of phenomona that occurs in some detonations?

Looks like an air blast above the sea for maximum shockwave effect.

Yep.  The most destructive shockwave occurs when the nuke is detonated at a specific altitude above the surface, and that altitude depends on its yield.
IIRC, the "Little Boy" bomb detonated over Hiroshima was 15kT, and exploded at ~1500 ft above ground level.
