Bosch....... Hmmm, I think for a twist i would have Brian Blessed, his speeches would be a bit more cheery then i think.

Snipes, It would have to be the Hicks man himself, Michael Biehn.

Support would be Rowan Aitkinson.

Zods voice would be done by LEE EVANS.
Command would be the wisdom of Frank Spencer.

Dr.  Mina Hargrove, by Famke Janssen.  Or someone else o' current actresses.., by Davy Jones's locker.  They all can act almost th' same IMO, I don't recall any specificaly shiningly good actresses o' today.
 


...an' if there's Derelict included, Johnny Depp fer Mackie.  Don't keelhaul me fer this 'ere one, he's a good actor an' would suit well fer th' role, me thinks.

Well, A1 is supposed to be a newbe pilot, so Bruce Willis is a bit old for that.  Perhaps Jake Gyllenhaal.

As for Petrarch, I don't think Anthony Hopkins displays quite the military presence that is needed.  Robert Loggia is getting too old to reprise the role, so perhaps Gene Hackman.

As for Snipes, I submit Nathan Fillon, better known as Malcom Renolds from "Firefly".  He's got just the right ballance of authority and darkness to be able to play an undercover opperative.

I liked the suggestion of William Dafoe for Bocsh.

I second this.

If he weren't so old, I'd say Robert Loggia should remain Admiral Petrarch--that character's voice is just too distinct to be acted by anyone else then General Grey himself.

For any of the ship commanders, I'd nominate:
--Chris Cooper (Colonel Burwell in the Patriot, and the General addressing the troops in Jarhead)
--Dale Dye (if he wasn't so old; he did a terrific job in Platoon)
--Ed Harris (watch The Rock if you doubt his ability to play a military role)

James Earl Jones would be perfect for Command--he doesn't have to do much except maybe sit there and give orders.  Would work perfectly as an Admiral Greer for Freespace 2.

For any pilots:
--Michael Biehn (Aliens, Navy Seals, The Rock, Terminator)
--Adam Baldwin (though he may be too identifiable already)
--Jake Gyllenhaal (maybe, so long as he doesn't go the way of Freddie Prinze Jr. in the WC movie)
