Where should I install the Lightspeed´s Nebulae Pack? I put it in the FS 2 main-folder. When I run mods, must I install the Nebulae-Pack into each mod-folder too??

It's generally not a good idea to leave things in the main folder. I'd recommend putting them in the basic "Media VP's" folder, and, when using mods, use the mod.ini file. Karajorma explains it much better than I do, though, so here's a link to his FAQ, which will answer 90% of general questions, as well as giving good tutorials on how to organize mods.
