"The reason for this is that the original Fortran got so convoluted and extensive (10's of millions of lines of code) that no-one can actually figure out how it works, there's a massive project going on to decode the original Fortran and write a more modern system, but until then, the UK communication network is actually relying heavily on 35 year old Fortran that nobody understands." - Flipside

I would use LimeWire, but isn't it ad-filled?

Nope. The trick is to downlload normal Limewire, and then use it to download a copy of Limewire Pro [which would normally cost money], and it hasn't got a lick of advertising.

Also, if you know someone who can hack the program, you can get download speeds of over 5 meg a second sometimes.

Limewire is the ****test P2P network ever. The number of false results is friggin' amazing. Yes, it is ad-filled, but the ads haven't got a damn thing to do with the program itself. They're all in the search results. Half the time you can't even find any actual content, just fake.

I dunno, depends on what your looking for. The only thing you can find on Kazaa is porn.

Just look at filesize and you can easily tell whats fake or not.

Limewire is only good for music and pr0n, but damn is it good at it!
