Does anyone know where I might be able to find a document or other info on the new Fred features introduced by the SCP?

Your best two options are the FRED Portal of the wiki and the FRED2_Open section of my FAQ.

The former site has more of the new features but mine has a more in depth explaination of how to use some of them.

Sadly even between the two it doesn't cover all the new stuff. Documentation has always been a problem with the SCP.

Not quite true. The fact though is that time spent doing stuff like that is time I have to spend away from actually coding. When there are only a few active coders on the project that's time we don't have.
