Google's "truth predicter"

Evidently there is nothing Google can't do. :)

Seriously though, this is one of the best ideas I've ever heard.
"The reason for this is that the original Fortran got so convoluted and extensive (10's of millions of lines of code) that no-one can actually figure out how it works, there's a massive project going on to decode the original Fortran and write a more modern system, but until then, the UK communication network is actually relying heavily on 35 year old Fortran that nobody understands." - Flipside

Re: Google's "truth predicter"
Presumably the Chinese version was very easy to do

Code: [Select]
public String checkTruth(Statement speak){
   if(speak.isFalse()) {
       speak.setToTrue();
   }
   summonSecretPolice();
   bookDetentionCell();
   buyNewBullet();
   return "Questioning the leader is counterrevolutionary!";
}

Nah, US is

Code: [Select]
public String checkUSTruth(Statement speak){
   if(speak.isFalse()) { //always invoked
       speak.setToTrue();
   }
   summonHomelandSecurity();
   bookguantanamoDetentionCell();
   buyNewGasChamber();
   return "Questioning the leader is islamofacism!";
}

public String checkUKTruth(Statement st)  {
return checkUSTruth(st) + " so shut up prole, or John Reid will come and eat your babies";
}
