I'm currently playing derelict, but I experienced a problem with the mission: The Third Mam. I can't seem to complete it. There is this objective identify the unknown vessel, but I can't seem to find any unknow vessel anywhere.....
Can anyone help out?

I'm not sure which version I'm playing but it is the one with all the voice acting in place.

If that's the mission I'm thinking of (I can't check because it's installed on a different computer), it helps to have 3D radar off.

Its the mission where I'm supposed to disable a capital ship belonging to the pirates with the aid of a friendly capital ship with tag missles. But the pirates escaped via escape pods and then their ship self destructed.
After this is where my problem arises. I cannot find the unknown vessel at all. And my 3d radar is turned off. And my radar seems only able to be set to a range of 2k(I've tried to fix it but can't), so I'm unable to find the unknown vessel.

Well, I've played this mission for around 10 times and still can't find the unknown vessel...

Any ideas how to solve this?

I've tried running fred2 open 3.69 to look for the vessel but I keep getting the following error message.
