I'm a little stumped here, I could have sworn there's a way to make a single beam fire at a specific location, in this case a waypoint. But I can only select ships. Buh?

There must be a way to get my beams firing at a specific spot, please help!

Use an invisible + invincible nav bouy, etc, Or ask the B5 team if you can have their beam target......

Great that would work except.. For some reason I can't seem to make it -disappear- from radar, I still get that stupid blip flicker. Gah GO AWAY YOU STUPID THING.

Stealth it. Ship-stealthy should solve that problem.

BTW are you using a specially added invisible ship? Cause you should be able to get the same effect with any ship you like by using the texture replacement system. That will save you from adding a ship to the tables just to have that effect.

See this was actually the first thing I thought of, but what would I replace them with to get no texture? A space crashes FRED2. (Woah)

I've not tested it but replacing the textures with the word invisible should have the effect of making the model invisible.
