the moderator 411 and soul tariq (this is hip hop site) asked me to email them my pics with their forum background
so here in bulacan philippines
i asked the computer shop to photo me per digital camera and the background was TARPULIN, (used for election posters) so,
the finished product was emailed to me and uploaded on my web
i emailed the photo to the administrator of latinrapper.com
and they as you will see there the big pics
since small pics only are allowed in the avatar

so the whole process there took about 10 minutes

in a photoshop here it would take longer in view of factors

well, I can vouch for the fact that this judge does exist. Seen him on the local news a few times.

I worked in the psychiatry department for a few months and I can say that a decent number of the cases I see there are highly intelligent people, so being a genius does not exonerate you from... well, things like that.

I did see a couple dwarves as a kid though. Brown ones in my garden. They gave me cookies...

our digital and photo technology is fairly good but i just rely on the computer shop experts and pay, i really do not understand the whole process
since i am used to ordinary photography and honestly, i am not so familiar with all these uploading for i had to pay the internet cafe for the scanning, fixing of the resolutions and emailing to me
i would normally upload it in blogger search since i find it easy there

i would like to explain to you that since april 7, when i just learned computer,

now i learned a lot

my style in replying is JUST or MERELY to face the issue, traverse the argument, go direct to the comment,
and when i reply or post comments

if you look at the computer here in NETOPIA waltermart plaridel (DSL PLDT the fastest yet often slow), i open many forum sites that emailed me topic reply notifications

FOR EXAMPLE in rush forum where i made a record of 25 pages thread, more than 50 users posted comments

and it is painful for me to open each and every profile thereat

many users are exacting too much from me, or expecting me to be super psychic to know everything to surmise and predict all under the sun

but my GIFT is only limited to healing the poor and cleansing the judiciary and THIS is what i share with you...

i do not care who or what user or member is talking to me

I respect your opinions

but it would be very hard for me to cross-examine each user or member like you, since i reply to very many users of many forums

I am so sorry, sir, that in most forums, i stressed that for lack of time, and LAZINESS, or stress due to hours and hours of replying to many forums (there are times that i started about 12 noon and finished at 12 midnights with 2 hours breaks to watch the horse races) -

i just post without grammar and spelling check..
if i would just reply to a couple or few posts like you, then, i would really check and review my posts...
but it is so hard and stressful to do so..
i could use the tools and language commands of this internet
but the problem
many users would accuse me of spambot copy and paste
so i prefer to type and just leave the post uncorrected in spelling and grammar to make it appear more original and personalized...

my classmate chan failed 3x and he is now a california lawyer..

i graduated FULL SECOND HONORS at the ateneo college of law, jesuits, 1982 and i finished ab philosophy 1974 ateneo also,
and i got A in math, chemistry, in many subjects including english

if you read my court pleadings, my grammar and spelling are perfect

in fact, when i studied law 1978-82, my classmates graduated from a.b. college from usa and even princeton univ. etc.
but they could not even match my records...

law language is technical
what you and users use in forums area slang, idiomatic, americanized, and often, i opened the internet urban dictionary and other tools just to understand deep american language which i never encountered in school here

so i got the highest grade of 86% in taxation while the summa cum laude of UP here, got 58%

and i am a very slow reader, i read william folkner novel of AS I LAY DYING in one month when ordinary ones would finish it in a day or even hours...
but my comprehension is not only supreme

that is the way the court and lawyers deal

when you cross-examine a witness, the witness must answer the question direct to the point, not evasive,
and the witness and the judge should not care whether the trial lawyer asking the question uses wrong grammar or weird style

the reason sir, that i am jobless for 7 years is -
i could not practice law, since my case was pending, and a judge cannot practice law
on april 7, until today, my appeal has not yet been final, so i am still a judge
but i  was looking for one..
and i am 53,
i have no backer here, i am a poor judge renting a house,
it is the way here...
if you have no padrino or politician you cannot be appointed
with private practice, it is hard also, if you have no connection
