What happened to Cap-Waypoint-Speed?
I feel new for asking such a new question, but i've gone through the change operator's list about a dozen times and can no longer find it. In FRED2_Open (labeled P420061130) the SExp Cap-Waypoint-Speed is missing. This is a fairly essential SExp which seems to have disappeared... was it renamed or is there a different operator to cover this operation now?

It's still existing and located in the change operators list at "Special" and there somewhere in the middle of the list.
Here goes scripting and copy paste coding
