Be careful about putting it on the top of your arm. My dad got his there when he was about 22 or so, and now that he's 40, it's about an inch above his elbow :D

I thought it would be on the forearm, Nazi style, to make it easier to scan. Imagine having to show the back of your neck at every checkpoint - it would be a nightmare.

That's true-- especially with all my turtlenecks. Loss of personal liberty is so inconvenient for my lifestyle choices.
