The person walks by really fast after a long delay where nothing is happening; I guess it implusively startles people to see the sudden change.   Couldn't really see how it was scary though.

the point is that most people have the noses practically touching teh screen looking for some tiny thing thats going to start to look ghost like then that happens and people fall out of there chairs =)its not scary just give you abit of a shock
