If anyone remembers one of my older posts about a week ago, I was complaining about 3D Studio Max not working properly under hardware mode. I installed the 4.2 and 4.26 updates, and the problem persisted, so I decided to fool around with my graphics settings to see if the problem lied there. Eventually I came upon the option in the control panel that allows one to force antialiasing for all D3D and OGL operations (this is on a GeForce3); I changed this from the forced "Quincunx" mode to allowing applications to control the AA settings, and it worked fine after that.

Anyway, the problem I have is that FS2 (and a few other games) do not run properly without one of the forced antialiasing options turned on. So basically I have to go into the control panel and turn on forced antialiasing every time I want to play FS2, and turn it off whenever I want to do something in 3DS Max. Does anyone know of a way to automatically have Windows change the settings when certain programs are opened?
