It can be either. The US decided to be smartasses and change the spelling to defense, but the Brits still spell it defence.

Depends. American ones are usually more simple. FS uses American ones. Maneuverability is spelled maneuverability and not manoeuvrability.

But I personally use defense as opposed to defence in FS, since FS uses American English. INFA uses UK English since Woo's from Liverpewl.

Beautiful ships and explosion FX, I also love the FPS you're getting.

Ships are very hgh poly, some textures are animated and battle is very huge. My PC isn't hih-end - so FPS is low

(my PC is sempron 2500+, 512 RAM and GF 5500FX)

1) yes I have. These explosions effects are the most used.
2) Yes, some hitpoints are modified.
