Sorry that it took me this long to reply, but I had to check a few things.

To begin with, thank you for your support. [also, no, there's no sort of Polish Jack Thompson clone involved :p]

Other programs on the list tend to be either shareware programs that were never even installed, or even updates. [or programs that apparently just do not exist at all] I rather wouldn't discuss the details here, since it's neither place nor time for that, but suffice to say, yes, it is as silly as it sounds and then some.
To my knowledge, copyright holders have not even been contacted before and for some time after the case hit the court, since every party responsible for representing said copyright holders had no idea what we were talking about when we contacted them. [and some outright refused to believe that this stuff is for real...]

Also, I am using the readme in FS source code file and the FAQ on TBP site proper as evidence already, I'm looking for a final nail in the coffin here. Therefore, if TBP staff could send me an e-mail to...[removed by moderator]
