I'm doing a cluster of Inferno mods ATM, and one of them requires a player to fly a "Gunboat" (a GTVI Titan with an engine and a re-colour, a modified player-shot version of the Crusier Torpedo and a PlayerBeam in FSO and a hi-rate Maxim-type cannon for FS2) And the limit for speed if 40. Is there anyway to lower the speed below 40 so the player can still jump out(Like a SEXP)?

It's not 

FSO369 isn't working for me when i've unzipped it with 7z and everything, so that page is Unaplicable.

Why's it not working?  Try the debug build (ends with _d), see what it says... and, the latest Launcher is 5.5b, what is your version.  (Sometimes that helps.)
