Sorry forgot you're relatively new here.

Venom(NICO) made a Dome type skybox and a slice of terrain covered with a USGS texture. Also the F-22.

I don't use it though I did test it once. I don't have a pic of it but I do use the skybox and ground and this is what they look like (Forgive the big hulk in the way)... Shameless pimpage.

That's what I'm planning. I would need a story though... Unless you just want to fly around blowing stuff up...
The Game and Wyvern will be included, as well as the Falkern. Although I recall someone else doing a similar thing.

I wanted to make a mod based on converted planes model, but I don't know how to convert them, so the mod didn't start.
I had in mind the story (well... actually only the initial situation ), so, if you want to hear it...

The Wyvern and Game are ready. I had stats for the Wyvern, but not the Game. Topspeed for Wyvern is 690m/s, Game is 500m/s (on afterburners, they're limited to slower speeds on normal flight so the AI can use them better).

No need to model that, I've got a few I can convert (and a cob that can be converted at the press of a button).
