Can someone list all the newest stuff like media vps and give a link

1.  All caps in the title aren't necessary.
2.  At the top of this very forum is a stickied post with the latest SCP release.  At the top of the FreeSpace Upgrade Project forum is a sticky with the latest mediavp release.  Not that people mind helping out usually, but you could at least give it a minimum of effort before asking someone else to do all the locating work for you.

That said, the latest SCP release is 3.6.9, and the media VPS 3.6.8 Zeta + Patches.  Look in the appropriate forums.  Alternatively, use something like Turey's installer (General FreeSpace forum sticky) to download it all.
