I think i can handle Textures I downloaded an Non-FS model of it from http://sf3dmodels.boom.ru/models.html. I'll have to ask the guy who runs it first, though. So i'll get back on that...

(EDIT)

On the other hand, since the ship is completly black, It should be Easy. Get him/her to send me the model and i can do Textures

the mdoel should be dumped anywhere on the TBP FTP (to which I've lost the access data)

while HTTP is for transfering text base info over the net ftp is used to transfer files (or or something like that - I wasn't really attentive in my programming lessons)
so an FTP server is a place were park files for being downloaded (a website with downloads usually as an attached FTP-server; -  but I can be mistaken, see above)
