720p on LCD 1366x768 TVs
Most (if not all) 720p capable LCD TVs are 1366x768.  Why this was done is beyond me.  Anyway, I have been thinking about getting an LCD TV.  Nothing fancy, 32" will suffice.  And I was thinking, what kind of distortion will there be when the TV has to up-sample from 1280x720 to 1366x768?  How bad of a problem will it be for an HD signal?

Sorry boobies.

I wouldn't think it would be too bad, it's not that big of an upsample and upsampleing isn't as destructive as downsampleing.
