...Have been released to the public. The document details pretty much all of the CIA's dirty laundry from the '50s to the '70s-ish. It includes operations for kidnapping defectors, break-ins, assassination plots, etc. The document gives a very detailed look into what the CIA was like back then. It's kind of scary reading and makes you wonder about what goes on today that we don't know about.

And, yes, it's not from the official CIA site, although I did find it there initially. It's worth mentioning that the CIA just removed the Family Jewels keyword from their official website search database.
