At the moment my webcomic reading consists of rice boy, Octopus Pie, Minus, Horribleville, Riotfish and Dresden Codak.

They are all pretty classy.

Quite a few that have been mentioned already, and one that hasn't Something Positive, which is apparently relatively popular. Amongst some circles.
