I love this ship. Erm, the central spar seems a tat... well, unusually low detail compared to the rest of it. I assume that's still the WIP part?

They also  both used the Old Republic Dreadnaught, which the Rebel Alliance converted into Assault Frigates

Imperial forces in the Corellia system used Corellian ships, like the DP-20 gunship and Corvette.
The Rebels would use captured Star Destroyers too.

Remember, the Rebels aren't a real military force. They are a rag-tag band of freedom-fighters, fighting a revolutionary war not unlike the U.S.'s Founding Fathers did.

That's all correct.  Most of our affiliation designation is based on who primarily used what ships throughout the timeline surrounding the original trilogy.  There are some exceptions to this of course, but that's the typical basis, since we intend to focus on campaigns around this timeframe initially.
