I've seen a lot of videos about Freespace - cutscenes , someone playing a mission , tributes/music videos and mods .

I also have one video made by myself , which noone bothers to watch

I also like this one on Google Video... even if the editing isn't stellar, IMO it is still a good video. (It would be a lot easier to find if he had spelled "Requiem" correctly...)
