Hacked tables problem -> HotU version

ok, ok... so i got hacked tables using "retail" from HotU, and that might be the problem... the closest thing i have found to this was from this topic http://www.hard-light.net/forums/index.php/topic,44616.0.html at the bottom... i guess karajorma meant HotU instead of GotU
 btw my root_fs2.vp is 5.31 MB... can anyone help me out here? ñ.ñ

No I did actually mean GotY (Game of the Year Edition).

The version on HotU should work but something very strange is going on there cause my root_fs2.vp is not 5.31MB in size and I uploaded the HotU version so it should match mine. It appears as though you've somehow managed to get the GotY VP.

Download the HotU Crack Pack from my FAQ's Downloads page and substitute the VP in there for your own.

and the "one step" solution would be nice if i didn't had to download everything again with a 128 kbps connection, lol XD

If it detects the same files that it installs, it skips over them.

ah, works like a charm, thanks a lot both of you, if the installer does detect the other files, then i'll use it later for other stuff i need.

Yeh, just use the installer and isntall everything. Then it should work.

Well, you're handling yourself quite well, which is what I was hinting at. One doesn't need to be fluent in both drunkese and gibberish to make out what you're posting ;)
