background issues

what's about that backgroud issues, I knew it was mentioned here somewhere some time ago.
I get them for DoW with the planets and now even in my WIP campaign, but there nebulas just stop existing.
Devoted member of the Official Karajorma Fan Club (Founded and Led by Mobius).

Does crazy Software Engineering for a living, until he finally musters the courage to start building games for real. Might never happen.

what background issues? - I had none in DoW (yeah, yeah forget about that black box)

yeah -- gas7 (I think)
it's a wierd problem - OGL users see the black box, D3D users don't - maybe someone should check the transparicy setting of that one....

BTW I stupled over a gas 10 (green gas giant without rings) which is not in the tbl  :confused: :confused:

It can't harm to add gas 10 but I don't know how to fix the gas 7 problem.
