Comapny sued for more than one person listening to the radio at once.

:wtf: this is totally unreal. I know we made jokes about this, but I didn't think they would actually do it.
"The reason for this is that the original Fortran got so convoluted and extensive (10's of millions of lines of code) that no-one can actually figure out how it works, there's a massive project going on to decode the original Fortran and write a more modern system, but until then, the UK communication network is actually relying heavily on 35 year old Fortran that nobody understands." - Flipside

You must purchase your own sound waves if you want it to be legal for your ears to hear them!

And don't you dare go and listen to someone else's sound waves.

...honestly, this seems to be getting further towards absolute epitome of absurd month by month. I don't know when the absolute bottom of the abyss will be reached - perhaps someone will sue customers for having a song playing in their heads... or memorizing songs.

Will that be when Jack Thompson commits a coup d'état of the known world, becoming a malevolent dictator supported by paramilitary factions of MPAA and RIAA? :shaking:

...or are you simply referring to the end of the first thirteenth (EDIT: number fixed) B'ak'tun since the forming of the Mesoamerican Long Count calendar?

It's a date that several different doomsday prophecies all predict is the end of the world.

Fine, you caught me, I was watching the History Channel the other night. Apparently, during the year 2012, Earth will be in perfect alignment with Sol and the center of our galaxy. Whatever that means.  :drevil:
