This is stupid. A few years ago in my area an ice cream man got sued and lost his business. The reason? He gave out 3X more than he stated on his menu (3oz instead of 1) and some fat asshole blamed him for his being fat! :hopping:

Yeah, I saw the same documentary. I had known about the Mayans and the 12-21-12 date before though. I just didn't know it was corroborated by other doomsday predictions. :nervous:

The problem is that juries and judges who give out these kinds of awards. I would have simply banned the fat man from ever going near an ice cream man.

Then he would sue you for his emotional distress and eventual mental breakdown.  :lol:  Really, these irresponsible people who think they are entitled to the world on a silver platter are quite the PITA... do you realize how much of your money goes to funding them indirectly?  The companies need lawyers to defend themselves.  Those tremendously huge amounts of money they win don't come from the pour soul they sue (unless it's a large company, in which case you pay for it with the resulting higher product price, or the lack of competition if they go out of business)..... :hopping:
