Do you guys think it would be a good idea (once the project is finished) to run off a few decks with a printing press and distribute them to the people that help me pay for the printing cost?  It's illegal and punishable by a few several thousand dollar fine to sell these cards in their current state (images pretty much taken from random places on the internet), but I doubt anyone (who would want to sue) would ever figure out, considering that it would just be some HLP members that would receive said cards...

The price per deck would be determined by composing a list of people who would buy, finding how much it would cost to run off that amount of cards, and then equally dividing the cost between me and all the purchasers.  Obviously, 50 people would cost a lot less than 15 people, so I would want to get a good long list of people before I did anything...

Anyway, the printing would obviously be done after the game is playtested and completed.

I updated every image to clarify and fix things.  I also duplicated the cards that will appear more than once in each standard deck.  I also added a negative event, two positive events, and three points cards.

Trashman: It's a card with potentially limitless attack and defense.  The discard loss isn't all that bad.

Turey: You need to allocate enough points to "pay for" all of the cards you play.  For non-members, the payment is the number in the top right.  For members, the payment is equal to the power.

Requireing potentially limitless time to build up and limitless discard losses...To get +3 attack a player would have to sacrifice 3 cards over a period of 3 turns (making his intent bloody obvious to the opponent who will proceed to stop it.).

Compare it to other lvl 3 abilities:

Dark Hunter (3 ability points) - effectively a permanent +3 to attack, no negative effect.
Mustafae (3 ability points) - half damage from any attacker reflected back. no negative side effect.
Turey (3 ability points) - possesion of enemy card. Sacrifice Turey.
Tyrian (3 ability points) - enemy must show you his hand
etc....

So 3 turns and 3 discards just to get on pair with Dark Hunter?
Just doesn't sound right. If it was a lvl 2 abiltiy I'd say OK, but when I compare it with others. I trust you will think of something.
Maby making  it add 1 Attack & Defense 8insted of OR), or a 2 point bonus..or change the ability altogether.. I dunno..

I thought he meant "up to 3" since..well, some cards have 1-2 defense, so all of your "ingorenement" isn't used. Mayhaps Darky should clear this up.

Wow. Pretty big typo. But yeah, TrashMan's power is pretty on-par with the rest of them. My power negates a 8> card for one turn, his negates any card for the game. I'm perfectly happy with my power.

Trashy, keep in mind that all cards aren't supposed to be equal. What fun would the game be if all the cards had the exact same value? Face it, your card stinks. Get over it. There are cards that stink in every card game.
