I just hit Win+R, then type in \games\freespace2\launcher (using auto-complete to help along the way)... mainly because the shortcut to FSO is "Launch FreeSpace2 Open" instead of "FreeSpace2 Open", so pressing the F key doesn't select it... which, now that I've mentioned it, I've fixed.  :p  I suppose I could make a hotkey to it, but I don't want to accidentally launch it from the middle of another game or FS2 itself by accident.

I do have an older PC, but even if I had a new one I'd still have XP reduced to barebones.  Who gives a flying *** if the OS looks pretty so long as it works? =)

I would love it if all of the game devs decided to code their PC games for a third party OS that was specifically designed for playing games.
