Hopefully, like most of the sequels (or remixes) out nowadays, this one won't suck. (having a mustang helps).

You probably were.  The movie, as I said above, hurt like hell. 

I can't honestly say i'm excited about a new Knight Rider series.  I loved the series as a kid, and I still do like it (Even if the writing sucked out loud at times.), but I can't see this being pulled off well.

They will try to take themselves seriously, and therefore ruin it utterly, in my opinion.

You do realise that this means within 2 years we can expect to see the A-Team's children running around, probably teaming up with Automan XP Professional and Airwolf 2...

Did anyone ever watch Team Knight Rider? IMHO, it was pretty good, but I was ten when I watched it so... (I have rewatched it, and found the dialog to be very similar to the original Knight Rider, but the CG stuff was pretty cool).

I guess a similar show would be Viper, did anyone watch that as well?

Heh I've got the SeaQuest game for the original GameBoy.

I used to watch all these shows mentioned... that was decent programing
back in the day compared to the large majority of junk on the tube today.

I'd like Firefly if it wasn't for some of the most absolutely obnoxious fanboys ever, to the point where they made some of the really hardcore Fivers look totally sane by comparison.  (And Babylon 5 had some really annoying fanboys back In the Day)  and I did get rather tired of being told that OMFG BEST SHOW EVER!!!1, when, honestly, I vastly prefer NeoBattlestar Galactica.
