Side taskbar + alttab

Is this a known problem? (see attached screenshot)

I got that after coming back from Alt-tab mode...

I can "fix" it by moving my sidebar to the bottom, but it's kind of annoying...

It happens to me as well, if I put the taskbar to the side. It pushes the FS2_Open past the screen rather than overlay the taskbar over the graphics, which I find rather interesting behaviour.

Is this Mantised already at some point? Seems like it should be regarded as a bug to me...
