How the news chooses pictures
BBC reports on the primaries

"Mr McCain's easy, avuncular manner worked beautifully for him"

"Mrs Clinton had trailed in opinion polls going into the vote"

 :wtf:

I'd be very curious to see what other pics they had to choose from that made them choose that particular one for Hilary.

Oh, and, you know, the article.

"The reason for this is that the original Fortran got so convoluted and extensive (10's of millions of lines of code) that no-one can actually figure out how it works, there's a massive project going on to decode the original Fortran and write a more modern system, but until then, the UK communication network is actually relying heavily on 35 year old Fortran that nobody understands." - Flipside

If someone was taking 100's of fotos of you a day, I can guarantee you'll end up looking like a complete idiot on 80% of them.

And then some idiots come that have nothing smart to do so tehy put stupid text on your pictures thinking it funny..Pathetic..

Mine's not a joke. That is clearly the face of someone who has just discovered that the chocolatey, peanut-buttery deliciousness of Reese's is now FOR BREAKFAST.

I always enjoy the BBC...they manage to portray politicians in particular with some of the worst photos around :)
