Hmm...I wouldn't exactly call it hyper, unless if by hyper you mean chaotic and frenzied. Even a frenzy needs something to keep the momentum going. Sure the melody is going all over the place, but there's nothing driving the song. The arpeggioed part from 1:14 sounds promising and builds up nicely, but then falls flat again. It just needs that extra something to help propel it along.
If I could offer a suggestion, there's a really good preset in Sytrus called Improvised Bongos, which I sometimes use as an extra hihat layer to drive the song along. I've used it in two of my most "hyper" tracks:

this. If you don't use that preset specifically, some extra fast percussion in the background would help give it that "hyper" feeling.
Other than that, maybe some speeded-up breakbeats in the background to fill it up a bit, which will help bassdrum drive the song rather than plod sedately along as it seems to be doing at the moment.
