Little help...?

As of late, whenever I start up Steam I get an error saying "Steam has encountered a problem and needs to close"

The file causing this is apparently wininet.dll. I've replaced it from another computer and still the problem persists. I've uninstalled and re-installed Steam and still the same thing.

Aside from trying to get Valve tech-support to help out, which I'm already doing, does anyone have bright ideas?

Fixed it. But uninstalling Steam also took 20gb of my games with it....grrrrr!
