Maybe its OTT internal forums causing the problem.  I can't get in either and yet Shrike has already been kind enough to grand access rights.

and it's not the only forum TAP Internal also has it. But not the INF one that works fine;)

I think typically if you have a hosted site at all you get access to the support forum wether you need it straight away or not.
