It's the mission that we try to help patrol 11-A; we get overwhelmed by Shivans & there is NO way to win---just like the debrief says...but when I try to accept the results I'm told that I cannot got forward having failed the mission;

Any ideas guys?

turn down the difficulty. Thats what I did when I couldn't beat the mission. Also stay close to your capships for extra support.

Guys:

I keep not passing; IF all the ships are destroyed I fail & if I fail there is no advancing; IF I manage to protect all the cap ships AND stay alive, NOTHING happens---I spend close to three hours (compressed time of course) shooting at debris--AND if I leave before getting the orders I get a fail anyways....any more suggestions?

EDIT: Looks like I read wrong.  The Ravana must not be destroyed for the campaign to progress.  Or am I reading this wrong?

Thanks for the info; be assured that the Ravana WILL be destroyed; now IF one of the GTVA ships has to be destroyed as well to order a retreat then that's a different kettle of fishes-IE: Which Corvette has to bite the dust?

Well, it looks like I read wrong.  Unless I am still reading wrong, the Ravana must not be destroyed for the campaign to progress.
