I purchased one of these one week ago. It's different to the one shown on the website, and I want to know whether I can use it as a 'normal' external hard drive, since it says in manual part 1a): 'This product is designed for backing up of data only. Do not use it for other purposes.' Do you think I should be able use it as a 'normal' external hard drive?

That's what I'm thinking, but I wanted to make sure. I e-mailed Sarotech about it, but they haven't bothered to reply after I've sent two e-mails and a message on their site. Very annoying.
