No. That's not a skilled pilot. That's just another dumb AI flying something with bigger engines and bigger guns.

It has always bugged me that to make Scar work in BtRL we had to use another table entry. The whole point was meant to be that Scar was no different from any other Raider and it was just his superior flying skills that made him a danger.

Remember Admiral Tallanis in Awakenings? He wasn't so good a pilot. He was just flying a Horus with lightspeed engines and the same armor as an Aten strapped over it.

Modified physics(not boosted table entries, these are two separate things) implement the skill. Seems obvious that good specs, if alone, don't change the outcome of a battle.
