Its a ghost ship.
open with PCS2, hit Purge BSP Cache, and save again. That may fix it.

I've gotten used to doing that before I save every time, so no ghost ships pop up.

Hmm ... thought that I fixed collision detection when I uploaded it.  Did you do anything to it after you downloaded it?

Anyway, just do what Droid said, purge BSP Cache and resave.  Works every time.

I changed the position of two turrets and used the Texture Replacement feature in Fred_open. But purging the BSP Chache helped - thanks.

In my experience, doing anything without purging the cache can cause ghost ships.  So that probably means that the one I uploaded wasn't broken.   That's a relief

I think you can reskin without that happening, occasionally. Its safer to purge every time though.
