Blocking Tor - IP List Provided

Finally got a full IP list for all the Tor Network nodes in the United States.
This won't block people outside the US, but the only larger group is in Europe.

Attached the two documents, one's a straight IP list so you can dump the addresses right into
your ban section. The other is a bit more detailed on each node.

No, more like upstart (read: not smart) Tor service decided to list all the nodes on the entire planet
and I took the effort to rip all the USA nodes from their drop down menu and format it into
something we can easily use.

I might do the Europe set too... but to be honest my hands hurt from 2.5 hours of editing
for the US list.

No, but he was if I recall, and a number of people expressed interest in the notion of controlling rabid trolls from the network.
