Actually, I don't think so (I'm referring to the guild's makeshift carrier, which attacked the sindri tender):

the wcpedia lists it as being a "landing craft" converted into a carrier...

It just bellows "i'm an interceptor" if you ask me. High speed, wide turning circle. Bomber intercept, heavy forward firepower to inflict as much damage as possible on each pass.

Terran pilot from FS just look out of place here (it was already a major flaw of your older models).

I wouldn't call it a flaw. But I agree, a Confed pilot would be preferable, Kats in the Kat craft too. But I appreciate the effort needed to retrofit all previous works.
The Hoplite looks SEXY like a Colonial Raptor and a Confed Longbow made sweet sweet love.

Pretty much... I was playing around with combining different craft and these two seem to stick together quite well.

I think all it would take is someone thats really good at drawing to retexture the pilot suit and helmet over. After all they're both human beings so that's all it should take.

I've been on a BSG binge lately. I've seen up to season 3 finale and still no Ragnar.

I may well have a go at texturing the Pilot one lunch break this week. . . . . Tomorrow most likely.

WC pilot's helmet shape is a bit different.
Also, why can't you create a pilot texture?
You seem quite good when it comes to texturing.
